VACANCIES

Business Administrator/Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced, professional Administrator to work across the Cotswold Tiger business portfolio, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Cotswold Tiger is a bespoke property management service, specifically catering for the second home market in and around the Cotswolds. We are a rapidly growing, family-run company and our aim is simple - to be the best at what we do and treat our Clients and their homes as if it were our own.

The Role and About You

As a growing young business the role is diverse and will comprise 3 main areas of responsibility:

1. PA to the Managing Director

  • Managing and organising diaries and appointments
  • Monitoring email and liaising with Clients and contractors
  • General business administration

2. Administrator to our small in-house laundry

  • Record keeping and reporting
  • On-Site filing and stock-takes

3. Bookkeeping and invoicing - working with the company Directors

  • Invoicing through our standard accountancy system and laundry IT system
  • Credit control

Key skills:

  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset.
  • A strong ability to multi-task and problem solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
  • A desire to achieve the best possible customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills including Windows-based Microsoft 365.

Location

The role is hybrid home-working/office-based. Our office is located within The Cotswold Tiger Laundry on the Notgrove Estate, 5 minutes drive from Bourton-on-the-Water.

We are happy to discuss a working pattern to suit personal circumstances but including a minimum of two 'shifts' per week face-to-face in the office.

You will need access to your own vehicle for business use.

Working Hours, Salary and Benefits

This role offers the right individual an exciting and pivotal position in a well-regarded and fast-growing company. Being a small-business we are flexible on working hours to meet both personal and business needs and are happy to discuss what this might mean for the right person, broadly including:

  • 20-25 hours per week, ideally worked over 5 days (Mon-Fri)
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Full home-working IT set-up including company laptop and mobile phone
  • Salary £38,500 full-time pro rata
  • 28 days paid leave

If you think this might be what you are looking for, we would love to hear from you!

WHY CHOOSE US...

Secure and maintained in your absence, and beautifully prepared every time you arrive.

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES

The list of additional services we are able to provide is extensive. Everything
from the nicer touches such as a personal meet and greet, at home chefs and florists, to the more practical like taxis, dog walkers and baby sitters.

Our little black book of contacts is always available to you.

VACANCIES

We have both full-time or part-time roles available, and whilst experience in housekeeping work is very useful, it is not essential as full-training will be given.

We are looking for real team players who are keen to share ideas and happy to undertake a variety of tasks, including dealing with customers face-to-face.

The job can sometimes be quite physical so we are also seeking someone who is energetic and enjoys the health benefits of an active job.

We offer a full benefits package, including paid holiday, company pension and the opportunity to be part of a fun and supportive team.

Roles are permanent employed, and based on a fixed number of hours per week.

If you are interested and would like more details please get in touch for a chat or email your CV to info@cotswoldtiger.co.uk.
